Customer Service
Our customer service phone line is open Monday to friday, 9.30am to 1.00pm. Calls are charged at the local call rate. Please note the Phones are not manned all the time therefore email contact first is best.
Prices
The price of all goods offered by us is the actual price you (the customer) pay. It includes Free UK postage we have to change the price before accepting the order and taking any monies, we will automatically give you (the customer) the option to cancel your order placed if the price has changed at all.

Incorrectly Ordered and unused goods
If you make an error when ordering your goods You Must Contact us A.S.A.P By email or ring us to change or return your order.
Delivery
Unless we have agreed a longer time with you (the customer), We will deliver goods within 30 days( Normally within 48hrs.). If we cannot deliver within this time we will tell the you (the customer) immediately and, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, you (the customer) will be offered a refund. [Consumer Protection (Contracts Concluded by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2000]
Please Note: If the goods are not received within 2 weeks of the order date.
Please let us know A.S.A.P. so any claim can be started. If you don't inform us by 28 days of ordering the goods,
delivery will be counted as completed and no claims or refund will be allowed

Faulty goods
We provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those the consumer ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 14 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. This does not affect your statutory rights

Please Note, We try to be the cheapest, but as with all competitor business some one will try to beat us, we can not however price match.
Cancellation
. This cancellation must be in writing and e-mailed to qualitechnic through the contact us form A telephone call will not suffice to cancel an order.

All equipment sold is covered by the relevant manufacturers warranties
Receipts, bills and settlement mistakes
We will provide a receipt. and will correct any mistakes in bills, receipts or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of the agreement to do so. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Unsolicited e-mail
We will not send random and untargeted unsolicited e-mail. See our privacy notice.
Security
We use a secure server GlobalSign 128Bit for sending personal information. BS7799 (Code of Practice for Information Security Management) is the basis for our security standards.

Children
Any communications that we direct to children will be age appropriate and will not exploit their credulity, lack of experience or sense of loyalty. we will not collect any personal information from children under 12 without their parent's/carer's explicit consent. If the child is over 12, mobile-phone-batteries.eu will only collect the information you (the customer) need to send appropriate communications and the child understands what is involved. we will not disclose information from children to anyone else without the explicit consent of the child's parent/carer.

You (the customer) must not ask children for personal information about other people You (the customer) must not entice children to give personal information by offering them a reward or prize.
Data protection and privacy
we meet the conditions of the Data Protection Act 1998 (DPA).
All information is collected on our secure server form which is PGP encrypted and stored in encrypted form, so there is restricted access only for information, this will not be used for any other reason with out prior consent. Your name address and telephone number will be stored on our invoice database, for warranty records. we will not send our customers any consumer marketing material, or details to others.
We do not pass any customer details onto third parties.

Solving Disputes
We are governed by UK (English or Scottish) law. Any disputes between you (the customer) and We will be handled by a neutral third party, to have your complaint resolved. The third party will look at the complaint and check to see whether We have handled it properly and, if appropriate, recommend a solution. You are always at liberty to bring a court action should you so choose.
We accept the return of all other items only if they in reasonable condition, and within 14 days,
We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item
Incorrectly Ordered Goods

Do not buy Consumables like LCD'S and electronic components if you are not sure you want them or no sure that is faulty. once the parts have be fitted (used) they can not be resold as new.
